- My name is Ben Abbott. I am currently working as a Blended Learning Manager for a company in Melbourne called UCMS, in the Learning Development Department, UCMS Academy. My main tasks in this role are to identify opportunities for e-learn to be embedded in to our Training curriculum, then design and develop these solutions. I am 37 years of age and enjoy writing, reading, music and movies. I was a professional musician for 15 years before entering Learning & Development.

I just love visiting your site. It is always full of cool stuff. Love the video of you. Jenny and I were contemplating doing one but I wanted to wear a disguise. I am not real keen on having my mug on video but do like to meet others this way so therefore see the value. You are doing a great job. I am also excited by what everyone is doing ...and find I am spending hours and hours catching up, looking at everyone’s efforts.
